I love this spray. It is soft and yet subtle. I spray my pillows and blankets every night. It only take 2 quick sprays and your room has transformed to a little time to relax and drift away to sleep. I did also bring this to the hospital when I stayed with her 24/7. I would only use a pump or 2 in the room and it helped ALOT. It lasts me about 2-3 months and so it’s a great value. It does help me sleep and I have trouble falling asleep and it has been very beneficial to use, plus it smells amazing. Lastly, I will say after I spray on my bed , my cats usually stay out of my room for 2-3 hours. They are very sensitive.

Love the scent! Not sure if it helps me sleep but the scent is soothing, pleasant, and comforting so it is probably helping my mental state which contributes to falling asleep. It's nice to have a pleasantly scented sleeping environment.

This is THE BEST linen/bed spray! The vanilla/lavender fragrance is so relaxing! When I use it on my linens, I fall asleep faster and feeling more content/relaxed. I even spray it on my children's stuffed animals after I wash them which they love and helps them to relax.

Bath & Body Works is known for their great scents and this spray is no exception. I spray it on my pillow and sheets most every night to wind down and relax for sleep. The reasons for my 4-star rating are: 1. the scent. I love lavender, and I love vanilla, but I'd prefer if they had left the vanilla out of this spray. I like a crisper, cooler scent at night - especially in spring and summer. It may be ideal when winter comes, however. I realize this is a totally personal reason, and there is no reason why many, or most, may not love the scent. 2. It's kind of expensive. I searched for other lavender pillow sprays and they are all pretty expensive, so don't let the price of this one dissuade you. I decided to buy this one because it was actually more reasonable than most. It does seem to be lasting quite well with nightly use though (I bought two bottles). Another good thing about this spray is the scent seems to linger on your linen for quite a while, so if you don't want to use it every night, you may not have to. If you love Bath & Body Works give it a try!

I was looking constantly for a spray to put on my bed when I’m ready to sleep to help me relax. I’ve been purchasing many different ones in the past and couldn’t find one I really liked due to the scents normally being way to strong. I really like how delicate the smell is, it is not over powering I have allergies really bad and normally strong scents bother me. I was able to spray this on my bed to help me relax and even my boyfriend and dog ended up both sleeping really fast then normal due to the relaxation in the spray. Definitely will buy more when I run low.
