I love this spray. It is soft and yet subtle. I spray my pillows and blankets every night. It only take 2 quick sprays and your room has transformed to a little time to relax and drift away to sleep. I did also bring this to the hospital when I stayed with her 24/7. I would only use a pump or 2 in the room and it helped ALOT. It lasts me about 2-3 months and so it’s a great value. It does help me sleep and I have trouble falling asleep and it has been very beneficial to use, plus it smells amazing.
