This is an awesome product. The height and width has helped keep passed balls close. We use it in our garage too when it is cold or windy out. So balls are not flying everywhere. Super easy to set up too. Very impressive for the price.

Out of the Box, there were a handful of bag sealed frame pieces, manual with 4 carabiners, and some retaining pins plus the net and Carry bag. I was able to assemble the frame in less than 5min without ever looking at the owners manual. The bungee cords that are built in make the fram assembly super inutitive. If you know how the frame should be oriented, it is super straight-forward to put together. I recommend doing this on a grass area, so that the frame doesn't get scratched up before first use. The net slides on Quickly. The only recommendation would be to use some type of a water bagged weight or spike anchors to hold the frame down and some extra 4" bungees to keep the net from ripping at the sleeves (if you are hitting super hard to the net). I'll be using it in my garage mostly and I bought it because of the front over hang. Prior to this, I was using a Jugs canopy hitting net, and I had to use my garage door railing tracks with racheting rope to keep the hitting net from moving around after each hit to the net. I would also just miss the top of the net and hit the ceiling... the over hang prevents that from being an ongoing issue. The net seems to be of decent quality and should last a couple of years (indoors) before needing to be replaced. I'm an adult league baseball player and I usually bat about 8ft away from the back part of the net. It has done very well, just figure out how to weight down the frame so it doesn't move and you'll be good to go! Other hitting nets in this price range do NOT have the front Over-Hang, and that is the REASON I wanted to try this one. Great idea and the size is really good. I can only recommend the 7x7' version as the 6x6' version does seem more flimsy or maybe meant for smaller players...

If you play baseball or softball and you use a composite type bat you know it takes anywhere from 100 to 150 contacts with hitting a ball to break the bat in. I really love this mini batting cage just for this reason. It’s compact enough to sit in the corner of my garage but big enough to protect my garage while hitting a ball into it. Highly recommended for breaking in a bat.

Overall a descent product, if the pocket would retain the hit balls better I would have rated it higher. But it does stop poorly hit balls, especially a beginner learning to slap, especially a chop.

Had high hopes for this net. Concept is great, especially the side panels and the overall size. Biggest downfall is balls do not stay inside the mouth of the net. The mouth of the net acts more like a bounce back net then a receiving net sending ball back towards the hitter and leaving them scattered all over the floor in front of the hitter. If the mouth of the net was deeper and kept the balls inside of it. I would say it's a 5-star net.

Using for my 3 & 5 year old. It’s everything they need. We have a decently sized bonus room with 8ft ceilings and set the ball net up in there. It was pretty easy to set up, but I would recommend having two people when connecting the top portion to the stand and connecting the net (however I did do it by myself).
