I know this is designed for baseball practice, but I actually bought it to place over my garden area to keep the deer out, and it works perfectly for that. The setup was surprisingly easy; I was able to get it up and ready without any frustration. We have had some pretty rough weather lately—lots of wind, freezing cold temperatures, and rain—and this cage is staying upright through all of it. The frame feels sturdy, and the netting is tough enough to withstand the elements. Whether you are using it for actual baseball training or just need a solid barrier for your yard like I did, it is a great value for the price. It’s a durable solution that I am really happy with.

Good overall batting cages but some areas for improvements. I would say in general this is good for younger plays, say 14 and under in my opinion or just smaller kids as the height of this cage overall could be difficult to really get some good pitching/hitting in for kids over 6 feet tall. The cage, material, and overall parts make for easy assembly however some things feel like they could be improved like the part where you fasten the hooks to the cage to secure down to the ground. I had one tare on me early on and the others I sense might not hold up long over time but there are always work arounds for these kind of issues so its more of a smaller issue but an issue none the less. For the price I'd say I feel it could be a touch better but its not bad.

I got this as a gift for my sons so they can hit balls in the park without breaking any rules (or skulls!). Set up is like a dome tent, with rods that fit into one another and slide into a sleeve and then bend into a large arch. It is all staked to the ground with u-shaped stakes that you can push in with your foot. The quality of everything is decent enough, except the hooks are plastic and I wish they were metal, and the webbing straps have an awful crunchiness to them like cheap polyester. I like the thought behind the design of having a window in the back for a ball machine or pitcher, but if you're hitting the ball right, there's still a risk, of course, of the ball flying out through that window and hitting someone, like your pitcher! So we're going to block that hole with something and just use a tee inside the net. With pitching out of the question, the real use of the net is that it makes ball retrieval a breeze. I could see this working for team practice: while some kids are playing, others can be practicing hitting in this net. It would also be great for practicing soccer kicks. And maybe even for golf practice? But I wish it came with a net to block that window, or no window at all—it's too dangerous. 🌟🌟🌟

Amazing practice net, well crafted and design. It's quite roomy so you're able to get full range of motion inside. I plan on using it for a disc golf practice and I think it will work great. For the price, you really do get a lot. It seems very stable and easy to put together. Great value
