Almost immediately after setting up the personal code and using it to open the safe only 4 times, the top half of the keypad stopped working. When I reached out to Customer Support, their advice was to change the battery despite making it clear that the lower half of the keypad works fine and that it is a new battery and safe. I took their advice and replaced the battery and, as anticipated, it did nothing.
