This safe arrived on time. I like its features. The safe arrived with one missing plastic shelf holder. I have already emailed the company twice concerning this missing item but had no response. They have no phone contact number to contact.

Almost immediately after setting up the personal code and using it to open the safe only 4 times, the top half of the keypad stopped working. When I reached out to Customer Support, their advice was to change the battery despite making it clear that the lower half of the keypad works fine and that it is a new battery and safe. I took their advice and replaced the battery and, as anticipated, it did nothing. I am disappointed in the quality and, more importantly, the lack of customer service I received for an $800 purchase. ... show more
