I received this product yesterday and immediately noticed that the holes were misdrilled. In the first picture you can clearly see that there are no holes where the screws or bolts are supposed to go, which makes the item impossible to assemble. I contacted Amazon customer service for help, but unfortunately the representative was not helpful. I had difficulty understanding them, and the call kept getting disconnected. On top of that, the manufacturer is only open Monday through Friday, so I now have to wait until Monday just to request a replacement part. This has been a very frustrating experience. Based on the product quality and the lack of support I received, I would not order from this company again and would not recommend it to others. ... show more

We contacted the manufacturer and they still haven’t sent out the missing pieces. We called them numerous times. They sent some screws - we asked for 12 they send 2.
