Rarely have I seen a product packaged so well and so thoughtfully assembled. This is a company that takes pride in their work and delivers a high-quality product at a reasonable price. I own an enterprise-class color laser printer that can print 11"x17" at 600 dpi so I've often looked for frames in that size for gifts and home decorating. These frames are the best value that I've seen. Each individual frame is bubble-wrapped, then shrink-wrapped together as a group, then boxed with protective plastic corners to prevent damage during shipping. The plexiglass has a clear plastic coating on both sides with convenient pull-tabs for removal. There is a "goodie bag" with two guitar picks (used to bend up the metal tabs during assembly) and six white plastic wall hooks. With this kit, all you need are five suitable photos and a hammer. Well done!

These frames are as basic as you can get BUT, they are made and packaged really well. Someone here made a big deal about the packaging being so great, and at the time I was thinking "so?" NOW I know what they meant. The manufacturer took no chances of any breakage or "bendage" occurring in transit. Now a word about the frames themselves: perfect! They're ideal for concert posters which are usually exactly 11"x17". I used 2 for that purpose. I also had 2 art prints that needed to be framed and they look stunning in these frames. The last one was a campaign poster that just fell into my hands days ago. I wondered what I might do with that fifth frame - question answered. LOL They are wonderfully lightweight, which is was I was looking for in frames this size. I didn't use the accompanying white mats - 2 different sizes were included with each frame - because I just didn't need them. They're perfectly good mats. If you are a collector of concert promo posters YOU NEED THESE! AND YOU CAN AFFORD THEM TOO! At $6 apiece, they are an excellent deal and they look great.

Perfect size for some poster prints I purchased, real tempered glass, does have to layers of film one on each side of glass that you need to rake off; love that though it's added protection for the transport process. Love that it comes with two sizes sturdy thick paper cut out frames in each picture frame in case you need to layer them on your picture. I didn't need to use them because the posters were exactly the size of the glass frame. They come with their own hardware to hang and a pick to easily bend open the metal holders on the back of the frame; that was a plus, I didn't have to struggle. I will order again for other posters I will get in the future. .... Tempered glass is strong; one of the frames fell off the wall in my bathroom and the glass did not break; I don't think I hammered the nails in properly on that one, all other frames are hung well, have not fallen off wall.

They are just frames, but nice. Packaged extremely well. Dang! Wrapped in everything! Bubble wrap, plastic wedges, then MORE packaging on the individual frames. Maybe it is just bad packaged over the years that has got me excited to actually receive an item that has been so carefully wrapped, but it is nice. Takes a while to open, but nothing is going to break! I ordered these for work, but I am going to have to order some more to do a wall at home.

The glass/plexiglass came with a removeable film on both sides so that all was clean. The frame has a wood grain finish so it does not look like cheap metal or plastic. My 8 x 10 pictures are beautifully presented with the double mat. Each hangar on the back was in exactly the same place. Sometimes a mass produced product does not have that consistency. Very pleased.

For the price, these are really nice frames. I received a gift from a photographer friend and needed 5 frames to present the photos as gifts for band members.
