These lights are the perfect solution for my multi-level wire plant shelf. I've had a grow light at the top for a long time that doesn't penetrate to the lower shelves very well. The magnets are decently strong, each light bar has a switch of its own, and the kit comes with adhesive strips, zip ties, and clips with screws so you could mount these pretty much anywhere. The kit also comes with multiple outlet plug cords and plenty of connectors. I love that the lights can connect together directly or with the cords - I was able to string five of them together to span two shelves. They're super bright - I kind of wish they were dimmable, but once my plants get used to them I think it'll be fine. Great price for what you get... super happy with this purchase! ... show more

I have purchased 4 sets of these lights and do not have 1 single complaint . The first set I bought was for a custom built hanging plant rack that I made for my wife's house plants because the area was not getting enough natural light which is what the plants wanted , so I purchased these lights and installed them. The plants seemed to love them very much and are doing amazing , its been almost a year now and the plants gat all the light they need all year long . Moving along I have several indoor grow tents for natural herbs and had one issue after another with very expensive lighting , just 1 professional indoor grow light cost $300 and was difficult to install , consumes a lot of electricity, creates a lot of unwanted heat, and requires a degree just to program . needless to say I removed the expensive pro-grade light and and replaced with 8 of these 1 foot light strips which was super easy btw and now my plants grow bigger , produce more , and run at a much lower temperature as well as utilizing much less energy . I got to say these lights are simply amazing and well worth every penny spent on them . ... show more

    • Lights are amazing. Sticky tape, not so much.

The lights are amazing and they seem to make my plants super happy, but I’ve only had them for a week and time will tell. The only reason that I cannot give this product 5 stars so far is because the sticky sides of the tape that was provided seems to come off the tape itself. The “sticky” sticks very well to the light fixture and to the vinyl window seal that I have applied it to, but separates from the foam of the tape applicator itself. The lights fell (and keep falling) only two days after initial installation. I will look into a better tape system since I do not wish to drill holes in the vinyl window frame for install and think I will like the lights. I have put them on a power timer but they are easy to turn off and on manually. The pink light is very soothing and the color is hardly noticeable at all. Needed to give my eastward facing plants more sunshine since the house has a considerable overhang. I would purchase these very lights again. ... show more

I have these installed on wooden shelves where I keep my starter plants. They seem to be working well. They have an easy to use timer and the way the lights are modular is really convenient. If I ever want to change the way it is set up, I just reinstall them in a different configuration. Also the price was really good. I wish the brightness was a little higher, but I guess I got what it said I was going to get ... show more
