**update** This has held up so well. We still have it in the living room and the dogs still use it daily. And yes, they still yell at the delivery drivers lol. I do recommend this though. I bought these for my two dogs to sit in so they could look out the living room window. They clearly approve of my purchase. Took about 10 minutes to put together. I put a small donut doggie bed on the top with a small blanket. They spend most of their time up there if they’re not on me. Sometimes I regret buying this because now that they can see outside, they bark at everything: the squirrels, the birds, the cars going by, the dogs across the street, a leaf falling. Well! The good things are that the design is modern and cool! The assemble was easy & a screw driver is included too! And finally it is sturdy enough to hold two dogs at the same time with no problems. The downside would be the stairs and the height of the house. I have a miniature schnauzer about 17lbs and a shih-poo about 10lbs, and the house seems to be perfect for those smaller dogs like around 8~10lbs. I wished that the lower house was a little more taller or bigger and also wished they provided larger / more secured stairs for dogs. (I would say it’s perfect for cats that have smaller paws and good balance) So as a solution, I just left the stairs unattached and put my ottoman aside as an additional step-on. I think it worked fine. It took some time for my dogs to get used to its appearance and to finally get close to it. Oh, another thing to point out… the wooden parts coke in very raw condition, it has crumbs on it that I had to kinda smooth out with some kind of sand paper. I took extra time to use my nail filer to kinda smooth out the surface…. i wish it was done by the factory before it arrived 😔😣 I hope other users find this review useful! ... show more

I loved this item. It was small but perfect for my tiny dogs. My husband thought it would have been bigger. So pay attention to the dimensions. It is fragile but if you handle with care it will last. It has really nice design features, like removable floor for cleaning.

I wanted to love this. Assembly is fairly simple. The pieces just don’t line up. It took me days to sand areas down and hammer the railing on top into place. So great it’s put together and honestly really cute. Railing cracked about a month in because it didn’t actually fit.. go figure. You can see the difference in spacing in my pic. Now 5 month later the floor inside of the house has given out. And it’s very clear that’s it’s a design flaw, as shown in the pictures. The wood isn’t finished, which led to many splinters. Lol Overall I’d say it looks cute but not worth it for the price ... show more

The house was very simple to assemble instructions were very clear. One floor board was broken and the other was cracked so i had to get some wood glue. Another downfall was the inside was waayyy smaller than expected. My little guy is a bichon poodle mix and hardly has any room to move around in the bottom main portion however, the balcony is very spacious and he loves it. Unfortunately he will not go into the bottom because of the limited moving space so I will have to get rid of it. ... show more

I read the reviews before I purchased item. Lots of people said it was easy to put together. But it wasn’t for me. And I love to build and do diy projects. The holes where not aligned with where the screws go. I was frustrated with putting it together. So I made my own holes and nailed product together. It took me two hours to complete. I would’ve sent product back. But it’s too heavy to be packing and shipping again. It’s not sturdy but luckily my dog is only 2pounds. ... show more
