I am a very particular dog mom with what collars I will use. This one is great. Have the sound and vibrate functions so I don’t have to hurt my pup but he will listen!! Great buy.

For training an adopted almost 1 year old puppy, no matter what setting the shock is, neither of the buttons work but maybe 5 % of the time and the vibration isn’t always enough for the situation I’m correcting.

I had two of the PetSafe training collars and I payed a lot for both of them. They still work but I left them at home and wanted to secure my dog on vacation, so I order this one from Amazon. I am thrilled that the range is 1600 feet and that it has a lock so you don't accidentally shock the dog (I did that with the PetSafe collars a lot) It is the most advanced I could buy and the price was very reasonable. It worked well and he didn't wander or bark whilst wearing it. I only had to use the vibrate so its a VERY GOOD BUY.

We have a few collars around the house to have one charged at all time but this one has become the goto when we have an option. The remote fits easy in the hand and the collar fits snuggly. The vibrate, beep, and longer shock option has been particularly useful.

We use it only to call our dog in from our large fenced back yard silently at night, and only with the tone. Never the vibration or shock.

Works as expected. Be mindful it does shock....so start with a low range and move up as needed. I am impressed with how long thw Battery last. Very happy with my purchase and would recommend to anyone looking to train a dog
