Updated review: company shipped a free replacement microscope that did not have the charging issues. My daughter is thrilled to have one that works and plays with it every day. I've even had fun with it, looking at common objects and learning what they look like up close. It's very easy to use and my 5 year old has no problems focusing it. This is one of the best $30 purchases I remember making. Great customer service helps a lot too. --------- Old review: We had a ton of fun with this at first. But then when we went to charge it, it wouldn't charge. We tried the included usb-c cable, other cables, other outlets, etc. Nothing. Really disappointing because this was a lot of fun but only got a couple days use before it became useless.

This product we got as a Christmas gift. Used it for 2 days wouldn’t charge. Replaced it, got a new one. Used for a few hrs over a 3 month span, and when it was time to charge it, it will not recharge. My kids were very excited about this product and very disappointed. Product was fun to use for a couple days. Not worth the money and time invested trying to work with 2 different ones and both had the same issue of not being rechargeable.
