Who's to blame? BACKSTORE or BACKSTORE? TBD> 6 weeks late. when it did arrive it DID NOT FIT TOGETHER AT ALL. Odd piece from various chairs. The directions DID NOT MATCH MY CHAIR. The Back of the Chair DID NOT FIT. There was damage on the side of the chair. 2 weeks of H*ll return the chair and getting a refund. I make several dozens of purchases per year through Amazon.com. The chair has wonderful leather and is very sturdy feeling. I’m short so the seat is a little higher than I like but it is super easy to push back and extend the footrest. The delivery process was a bit confusing but once it was finally confirmed delivery was on time and the people who delivered were super. They unpacked the chair and assembled it inside the room where I needed it. That was totally unexpected and a big bonus. Right now the wait time on ordering a chair from the furniture store in my town is 24-36 weeks. Amazon 10 days. This chair is the same quality you would get at a fine furniture place. ... show more
