The birthday theme with cute little animal characters included with the Chelsea doll AND Barbie doll was perfect for her party. She also has the Barbie Pet and Puppy play sets and has fun integrating the animals into imaginary protectors of her Barbie house too. These are little, sturdy pieces that a family dog or toddlers could choke on, so use caution if scattered on the floor. This is an ideal set for a younger girl. The younger doll is something a 5 to 11 year old girl can relate to. The fact that there are two dolls in the set, gives the child a greater "play value " - she can have the dolls interact with each other.
