I purchased this item during the pandemic hoping to surprise my clients with some new chairs. I was so disappointed the chairs wobbles and they no long will hold up when I pump them up. They are pretty and are very eye catching but please don’t buy them. I’m gonna reach out to the company and see what’s the response is going to be. In the mean time my clients are rocking and I have to bend my back to do a hair cut. I am so disappointed!! ... show more

I haven’t had a chance to use it yet but it is very classy! I’m so excited. ***I finally got into my salon suite and I can say the foot pump is hard to find because it’s short and very close to the bottom of the chair when it’s lowered. It also sounds terrible when I’m pimping it up. Not a smooth hydraulic movement like I’ve had before in a more expensive chair. Cute chair and comfortable for the person sitting in it but NOT practical for stylist. The pumps only pumps if you use your foot and push up instead of down and I seen a review that Said that but thought I could do it. Its not easy. At all. I physically couldn't with a person in the chair I had to use my hand. It also doesn't turn easily. That might loosen over time but not going to find out. Returning for a better chair. first the box had a whole in it, didn’t think much of it ok no biggie then of course there is a piece missing. Ok they send the piece out now I’ve only been using for a littler over a month (opened my salon in September) and now the chair will no longer pump up and it CREAKS Super loud when someone sits in it. They look nice, they could be a little comfier and wish they went lower to the ground and the peddle to raise it up could be longer,like it's way under the seat and have to look for it. I bought 4 and one came with a ripped seat, seller sent replacement right away.

It’s cute and works but it tips over very easy. If you have a customer who could fall or for small children I would not recommend. I just make sure I hold it down when someone is getting up.
