Cute chair and comfortable for the person sitting in it but NOT practical for stylist. The pumps only pumps if you use your foot and push up instead of down and I seen a review that Said that but thought I could do it. Its not easy. At all. I physically couldn't with a person in the chair I had to use my hand. It also doesn't turn easily. That might loosen over time but not going to find out. Returning for a better chair. I haven’t had a chance to use it yet but it is very classy! I’m so excited. ***I finally got into my salon suite and I can say the foot pump is hard to find because it’s short and very close to the bottom of the chair when it’s lowered. It also sounds terrible when I’m pimping it up. Not a smooth hydraulic movement like I’ve had before in a more expensive chair.
