People still trip on the foot rest no Matter what chair I have but it’s not this chairs fault ;) I wouldn’t recommend if you color hair because even if your careful the client will scratch their head and get color on the chair and it’s stays forever!!!! This was easy to assemble the directions were a lil shaky watch where the footrest goes in before you put the arms on other wise you may have to take them back off like i did lol but its beautiful!

I purchased this item during the pandemic hoping to surprise my clients with some new chairs. I was so disappointed the chairs wobbles and they no long will hold up when I pump them up. They are pretty and are very eye catching but please don’t buy them. I’m gonna reach out to the company and see what’s the response is going to be. I haven’t had a chance to use it yet but it is very classy! I’m so excited. ***I finally got into my salon suite and I can say the foot pump is hard to find because it’s short and very close to the bottom of the chair when it’s lowered. It also sounds terrible when I’m pimping it up. Not a smooth hydraulic movement like I’ve had before in a more expensive chair.
