Used and Incomplete Chair I ordered this shampoo station expecting a new product, but what I received was clearly pre-owned and previously assembled. The packaging had been opened and re-taped with painter's tape, and the original hardware box inside was completely empty. The bolts and hardware were thrown loosely into a yellow envelope, many of them worn and clearly used. The chair was also missing pieces, including the legs, which makes it impossible to assemble properly. There were no instructions included, and the overall condition of the unit looked very used, not new as advertised. This was extremely frustrating, especially when ordering equipment for a business where reliability and completeness matter. If you're expecting a brand new, complete chair, be cautious. My experience was receiving a returned or used unit that was incomplete and poorly repackaged. ... show more

I received the chair really quickly and put it together. We noticed the hardware was scraping the leather so I reached out to customer service and they did reply quickly with a solution but once we got the chair together, it was very hard and very uncomfortable. It’s a lot of money to put into something that wasn’t very comfortable. I shipped everything back but still waiting to be refunded.
