The chair is nice but the hydraulic pump came messed up on the chair. I put it together a few months later after I purchased it when I got my barber shop together. I've been trying to reach out to them to get the hydraulic pump replaced and the seller won't return my information. I keep trying to reach out to them to figure out how to buy the part separately. Thankfully they did get back to me and they did send me a new hydraulic pump free of charge. They didn't give me a hard time. I bought six chairs from them and they have been working.
