These are great quality, and have survived being dropped a handful of times with no problem. Once locked on the bar the don’t move, and are super easy to position and lock with one hand!

The clamps came in with no damage and do what they are supposed to do. They are tight, the first few times you use them, but they start to loosen up over time. Once on the barbell, they don’t move and hug the barbell tight so you don’t have to worry about weight sliding or moving.

These work great for holding your weights in place on the bar but when I tried to get them off, I found it kind of difficult to undo them. I managed to figure it out and get them off but it was hard and I did hurt myself one of the times.
