It would be a wonderful hostess, house warming or shower gift as well. It cleans up easily, and has great features; including tools and accessories. I bought this for Christmas for my son and daughter in law, along with a nice gift box of meats, cheeses and nuts, and my son told me that they really liked the charcuterie board! They sent a picture of it displaying the items in the box. I don't have a lot of parties and guests anymore, or I would have bought one for myself. It's also perfect for those little family cheese and cracker nights at home. It comes with several utensils in a hidden drawer on the side, and also little markers and tags if you want to designate type of cheese, etc. All packaged in a nice case and for a reasonable price. Recommend!
