I really like this tray. It's well made, grips the armrest and very practical. It even works with our tilted armrest due to its solid wood construction. The only complaint is that because it's solid wood, one of the corners is splitting and it's the corner that's next to my arm facing the couch. So really need to watch my arm brushing or hitting this corner. I'll probably tape it up so the split stays flat, maybe putting some corner protector like for babies will help too

It’s hard to find quality products these days but these sofá arm tables definitely are! We love the strong magnets that hold parts together and the wide range of sofa arm sizes and styles that they fit. We put one on each arm on our guest sofa bed which will be great when it’s used as a sofa and a bed. The room is too small for end tables and these are perfect. Very impressed with the quality.

We have a wide armed sofa and this works perfectly on (now both sides) the arms. No list remotes, not worried about spilled drinks or snacks and it even holds a phone. Comes with a rubberized pad attached to the bottom so it’s non slip. Even holds items secure when someone sits on the sofa. Nice lip on tray- so even if there’s a spill, it’s contained. Wipes clean and makes a great gift.

Fits perfectly and is very secure on living room leather couch in with wide arms. Also use on table next to driver's seat in RV. The non-skid coating on the bottom keeps it from sliding around on the table top. Sides are high enough to keep items in the tray, even when we have to suddenly brake due to traffic.

The first one of these that I received had little scratches and dings / indentations, tiny scratches, and a spot of black paint on all sides, and a spot of black paint. They were tiny to be sure, (the paint was about the size of a dime), but it was supposedly brand new, so I exchanged it for a new one. Another seeming issue was, that when you did not have the cup holder piece or phone holder piece in their prospective places (which attach magnetically - very cool), you could see that the color of finish used was just sprayed on, but not completely. The company told me that that was due to a special process that they use (this process, I believe, might be known as “not doing a thorough job”). Upon further investigation after receiving the new one, I saw that they used the same special process on the very seen tray area as well. Aside from the visible faux pas with the finish, the cell phone holder is not really cut wide enough if you are using a case on your cell phone. I think it would hold it fine if you took the case off. The cup holder, though somewhat generous in size, is not going to hold an oversized mug, and does not have enough room for a coaster underneath, so the wood (or bamboo) on the inside is at risk of getting water damage. Other than that, this is a decent tray that grips the couch arm well, with no danger of it falling off or tipping over. You can easily fit a dessert plate, soup bowl, or sandwich plate on the tray area, but not a dinner plate. This is a really good idea that was not executed well. I plan on painting mine and giving it a rustic look to hide the special process.
