The first lamp I received was DOA and wouldn't turn on. The second one worked perfectly. The light this lamp puts out is very warm and relaxing. The LED bulb is replaceable and is a regular socket bulb. The switch has a dimmer function that works well. The power button on the switch has a blue light on it that's pretty bright and can be annoying but nothing a little black electrical tape can't fix. My daughter who's into Boho style says this lamp fits perfectly into her decor. The lamp does plug into power using a usb cable so you need to provide your own usb power brick.
