We are tossing our plastic cutting boards and replacing them with wood and bamboo for everyday use, and this little set is great. I cleaned them and oiled them right away, and they've been a perfect alternative to the plastic boards. They're lightweight and easy to clean. They arrive nicely packaged, making for an easy gift (housewarming, newlyweds, etc.). The two larger boards can be flipped over to double as a serving board – charcuterie and whatnot – and the little one is perfect for the small foods when you don't want to dirty a big ol' cutting board. These slide around easily during use, so it would be nice if there were rubber or silicone strips to prevent sliding. Also, and maybe this is typical with bamboo, but the boards slightly shed tiny slivers of bamboo wood. I'm not sure that this is a problem, but just worth noting. Overall, I'm happy with this set and we'll see how they hold up.
