My husband and I put this tree together. It was very easy to assemble. Each branch has to be styled and the branches moved into place. That took us 25-30 minutes. But we were very happy with how it looks. The storage bag is very thick and there is a separate one for the stand. Would recommend this brand if you’re considering buying a tree.

The media could not be loaded. This is their unlit 7.5 foot I love the fact that it was easy to assemble! it’s very dense beautiful heavy duty branches and ZERO shedding during fluffing process. The only negative, I’m sorry I wasted my time and money on other artificial trees in the past!

Very happy. Take time, fluff it right! This tree looks and feels better than any we saw in the box stores. We wanted an unlit tree to avoid the potential light problems and IMO it looks more natural with the string lights as well so we’re glad we chose unlit. Took the advice of some reviews and ‘fluffed’ one section at a time which I think is the way to go. I’m very handy and it took me a couple hours to fluff it properly but it looks perfect once you’re done. Still easier than dealing with the live tree. I’m sure we’ll have this for years

I ordered this tree on Nov. 8 and received it on Nov. 11. I paid $449 for it. I went to the listing on Nov. 11 and saw that it was now selling for $349. I asked Amazon for a refund and they said only Balsam Hill could refund the difference. I called Balsam Hill and they said only Amazon could match the price. I spoke again to Balsam Hill and they refused to give me the $100 difference. I was going to send the tree back to Amazon and re-purchase at the lower price, but Balsam Hill was charging $70 for me to return it--no free returns, and the listing never said that returns would cost that much. I am very angry to be treated this way. I'm a Prime customer for many years. Be wary of Balsam Hill customer service. One angry customer here. A nice way to begin the Christmas season. I never had an artificial tree before. Wish I hadn't made the decision this year. (By the way, the tree came missing a part.)

We were not confident about our late decision to try an artificial tree for the first time. Luckily, we choose well. This tree is a good buy. It's well made, well packaged with good tips, very comparatively priced (based on my research of reviews) and they delivered it a full week ahead of the beginning of the delivery window - allowing my family to enjoy it a full week more before Christmas. The instructions are very easy. There is, however, about an hour of branch spreading and positioning necessary when it's brand new. The final appearance is based on this dedicated 'grooming' effort. I imagine that a less enthusiastic and less patient effort could lead to disappointing results like you may see inn the most negative reviews (plus manufacturing defects do happen, even on good product lines). That said, the tree is attractive. It's full and has a good shape color and needle finish. The package includes a tree bag and a large pair and small pair of cheap gloves for tree branch handling. We had the nice option of being able to partially disassemble and move our fully decorated tree to another room. No cleaning, watering, and transporting. Any branch can support any of our ornaments. We choose an unlit model so we could use our existing lights and not be concerned about reports of pre-lit tree branches losing their electrical continuity. Sure, I do wish it had the real tree scent and that I didn't know it has a metal/plastic pole at the center, but I expected that so I am still very pleased now.

There was some slight damage to the tree during shipping. The company was very responsive and sent a replacement piece immediately. More importantly the tree looks great! It's our first artificial tree and we're very satisfied with how real it looks. It takes some time to smooth out all of the branches, but it's worth it.

I got this for my first fake tree and it is beautiful and very realistic if you take the time for fluff it properly, which I did. It turns out though it is so much easier to put up and fluff than to take down and not something I would recommend if you have short arms, are weak, lazy or highly impatient. I felt like I had to close the blinds in case any neighbors walking by saw me and thought I was in fact wrestling a body into a body bag. I am a pacifist who can’t even bring myself to hurt a squirrel, but if I was a hit man or something I imagine it would be just like taking down and stuffing a 7.5 ft Balsam hill tree into its storage bag. In the end I prevailed but it was not pretty.
