Packaging was perfect. All pieces on all four stools were included with clear instructions. Each stool took about 15-20 minutes to assemble, and everything fit perfectly. The stools look good in my new house and I am very happy with them. Also the price was very reasonable fur such quality.

These chairs were shipped quickly and arrived in good packaging to prevent shipping damage. I did find a little damage to the wood on one of the chairs, but it appeared to be something that happened prior to shipping, and not enough to warrant sending it back. The higher height chairs (29 inch) work perfectly with our new 42 inch high pub table. The white paint even matched, even though I bought the table from another vendor on Amazon. The assembly instructions are not very clear. When you attach the back to the seat, there is a middle screw and two screws on each end to secure it. Be sure you screw in the middle one first! If you try to do the outside ones first, they don't line up and we thought we were going to have to drill new holes until we figured out that putting the middle screw in first pulled the wood back to align it all. After that, the assembly went well. They are comfortable to sit in!

The listed measurements are significantly different from the actual measurements. 37.5 x 17.5 x 20 is actually 36.5 x 16.5 x 18.5. These may not seem like a lot - 1" to 1.5" difference - but when multiplied across the entire chair, that is a lot. and it makes the chair look like it's for kids. The attached picture shows the barstool next to the supposed same-sized barstool. It's too bad because the quality and color are very nice. I just wish the seller would list the accurate measurements so I could have chosen a different chair and not wasted my time and shipping expense.

We had bought three black stools over 3 months and they get used everyday at our kitchen bar. They appear to be very rugged. My husband weighs 260 lbs and they show no signs of stress. They were very easy to assemble. On each stool, the pieces were all marked and easily put together. The only thing we can find fault with and it really is not a fault of the company; the finish appears to chip easily, but a black marker will cover that and make it unnoticeable. Would diffidently buy again

These are high quality chairs at a super price! They are solid heavy wood with thick faux leather cushions. The chairs swivel smoothly and are very comfortable to sit in. They did take time to assemble but were well worth the work.

Very nice looking stools. Obviously they are made in China so, not of great quality, just decent enough. They are comfortable and sturdy so far... The bad situation I ended up with is I bought 9 and after assembling 4 of them without issue, I have opened 3 in a row that were assembled improperly at the factory. The backrest has a stringer that was installed upside down. They are beveled to form to the shape of the backrest so low there is a large noticeable gap. One was totally separate from the backrest. I have 1 replacement on its way but can only get a refund for the other 2 I also still have 2 left to open. Fairly aggravating to have to rebox and ship them back. Not a light or small box..

I’m soooo peeved! All this mess unboxed and both backs are damaged! So much hassle and weight to have to repackage and take to mail back. I received 1 of 3 ordered at the same time last week, no problem. I’ll have to frigging reorder or add another return for which I no longer have the box. May NEVER order bulky items from Amazon again

The stool looks nice and swivels well although the rounded seat edge is not very comfortable. All 4 stools are cracking on the top part of the back rest above and below the padded back rest. The stools appear to be of very low quality and when I went to activate a request for return I was surprised that there were no return options. The 4 stools were shipped 34 days ago and assembled less than 3 weeks ago! I would refrain from buying these, we spent $346.00 w/tax and are very disappointed. We will be looking into filing further complaints to resolve this issue and of course nobody wants to deal with that! BUYER BEWARE!
