Spent over 40 min working through customer service chat with two people, then on phone with two more people, and ALL refused to replace item at the cost I paid. With the new cost plus shipping (I do not have Prime), returning and repurchasing would result in a NEARLY DOUBLE cost over what I paid. All people with whom I interacted said they “will help me” (their words), but all refused.
