I received my book today and I love it. The photos are beautiful. The introduction is informative. The recipes are straightforward and inspiring. I have watched Harper and Eva on their YouTube channel faithfully and am so happy they put this cookbook together for us. I already made the “simple tomato sauce” and served it over fettuccine with some grated parmesan on top. It was light and delicious. I want to make each and every recipe included in this book. We are applying for our passports and learning basic Italian so we can visit Eva and Harper in their beautiful Dasà, Italy. So excited! ... show more

Fantastic cookbook. Authentic Italy/Italian not to be confused with American/Italian..although both cuisines are good and have their traditions. I have made several recipes from this book as well as from Eva and Harper's youtube channel. They are very passionate about cooking and it shows.

    • Great Italian cookbook, insane index.

I love the book except for one thing, the index is bonkers. I wanted 'Pasta Alla Puttenesca' I looked under P for Puttanesca, nothing. P again for Pasta, nothing. I later stumbled across it under T for tomatoes. The whole index is like this and it is very frustrating, I know a recipe is in here but I can't find it and end up going from page to page to find it. Too bad, I love these guys and watch them every week on YouTube. How did you mess this up so badly? ... show more
