Not sure why some reviews say assembly was difficult. I assembled each chair within 25 minutes (for your reference I'm a mid 30s woman with barely any building skills!). The directions were easy to follow. Like with all furniture, I've noticed it's best not to fully tighten the first screws until you have the other ones in the holes a bit. The chairs look like they would be so stiff but I found them to be comfortable as the wicker part shapes to your body when seated. They are wide enough to accommodate for larger guests. The colors and size matched up well with our current patio furniture. Plus the price is excellent. I'm going to buy 6 more to using as outdoor dining chairs. Also they're stackable! ... show more

I tried to put the 1st pair of these together and I can say I won't even open the 2nd box. The including allen wears out after the first chair (if you put any torque on it), and the chairs are so pourly made that the pieces are either warped and don't line up without force or the screw come out of their guides at such an angle that they immediately strip the socket. In the image you can see the screw angle is off because the whole pipe is twisted so there's no way to get that screw through the guide and into the socket straight. Too bad. The first of course took a bit of time but the next three were assembled in just a matter of minutes. They are attractive and sturdy and I love the fact that they stack. Assembling these chairs was an unpleasant experience. The screws are in such tight spaces that the supplied hex wrench can be turned only a quarter-turn at a time before having to remove and reinsert it. So it took quite a while to put them together. Once done, they are heavy and sturdy, and the wicker seat and back are comfortable. But the armrests are bare, hard rectangular metal. The metal is cold in cool weather, and probably hot in warm weather. The edges are sharp, so it's unpleasant to rest bare arms on them. These are a good value overall, but I found two other brands that have more comfortable armrests. ... show more
