I don't know where to begin. The Wind Guard is the perfect addition to our firepit. It is the creme-de--la-creme. It works keeping the cross wind away from the gas fired firepit not only enhancing the beauty of the crystal glass of the fire but allows the heat to disperse evenly. I must add on delivery one of the small glass units was crushed when delivered. I called the Bali service line and the following day - to our surprise a replacement glass was at our door. Additionally, I received an email from Bali's Customer Service apologizing for the disruption. This company goes beyond to satisfy their customers. We ordered this since we live in a very wind part of the country. It works well, glad we did it. The only issue we have with it is the glass gets extremely hot, so you have to be careful not to bump into it or touch it, which makes it hard to put the cover on when you're done with the fire pit. It also makes the flames have a slight hissing noise, but it kinda adds to the ambience once you get used to it. If you live in a windy location, would recommend this purchase. ... show more
