I love everything about these shorts. They have a slightly long length that is perfect for me at 5'4". Just about mid thigh. Material is strong and stretchy and falls in the right places. Pockets are great. I like the undergarment, which is supportive and can be used with or without panties. I got the medium in blue. They are slightly tight around the waist, but I've gained a bit of weight recently, but were still comfortable at 145 and 140 lbs. They aren't cheap but they are worth it I think. I would buy another one.

First, let me say I love this brand and have other shorts made by them. But with these shorts, actually sold as “Running” and “Athletic,” the placement of such and inflexible zipper with a bulky pull end is pretty much torture once you actually…well…exercise in them! Because they’re laterally positioned right in that spot at your lower spine and just above your butt, the thin exercise material that’s suppose to hold that inflexible zipper in place turns in with normal body movement. That means you have a metal zipper poking you in your lower back the entire time you’re exercising! I tried cutting the zipper out, but the material is so thin (because lightweight to exercise in) that I tore up the fabric too much to repair…so ruined the shorts. So if you just want to wear these around, without too much bending or twisting or actually moving too much, you’ll be fine. And they do look nice and are the right length. But really wish BALEAF would redesign these and put this pocket anywhere other than the small of your back!
