My husband and I recently moved to a home with all hard floors, so while I used to do workouts on a blanket and a soft carpet, that has not been an option any more. That being said, I am loving this exercise mat!! Whether I need to rest my forearms and toes on it for a plank, or I need to do crunches/sit ups, everything feels comfortable on this!! Also, I honestly wish I'd gotten this sooner! I was really settling in comfort, just using our carpet before! Definitely highly recommend this!!

I looked at other reviews and was impressed. I love the color of BalanceFrom mat I chose (pink). This mat is nice and comfortable. I do a variety of floor exercises and I can tell the difference from my previous mat. It is a little thicker than what I'm used too, and it is just fine with me. I am able to work out a little longer now on my BalanceFrom mat. Great comfort, variety of colors and the right size. I thank you for your support and efforts.

I wanted a mat that doesn't hurt my palm when working out, especially when doing push-ups and arm workouts. And I did a test drive on the mat, it was soft and good material to work with because it still had its firmness but not too much. But I haven't been using it much, so I need to figure out how it works on my full workout and if it is non-slip, it does seem like it tho! So, so far I like it and recommend it to others!

Ordered to replace an old 1/2" thick mat that was starting to tear. These mats are good, but as other reviewers have stated they are absolutely not 1/2" thick and are just a bit under that. Having said that, the foam is firm and works much better than my old mat, which would sink down to the laminate flooring and cause discomfort. So far this mat isn't having that problem and is very comfortable to use, so despite not being the advertised thickness it was still worth the purchase. It did come with permanent indentations from the strap that was wrapped around it, though a second mat in a different color I purchased did not have that issue.

This is the best mat hands down you will not feel the floor underneath you and it’s long enough for me at 5’4 to fit comfortably with extra room I use this for my dance class warm ups and warm ups at the gym. It looks bulky but it’s light weight super easy to roll up and carry with its added Velcro straps. My whole dance class switched to these mats after seeing mine that’s how good this mat is

Was super comfy as soon as I unrolled it(had to ask my husband to step on it also, and he even said, "that's pretty darn soft"). Have been using for a few weeks now for exercising at home since my lower back and hard floors don't get along. I even use my dumbells on it, and surprisingly enough the material bounces back. Will update maybe in a few months if I do not forget.

It’s very cushiony and things don’t really stick to it. You can just brush it off easily. Bought this other super expensive mat for $100 that was better quality but everything stuck to it. I ended up returning it and just going for something cheaper. The quality of this mat could be better but for the price it’s fine.

I received the mat as described. It’s nice and thick…cushiony. Although I wanted the mat to place it on the floor and sleep on it, I may have to buy another and place it on top of the first one. If you want it for stretching, yoga etc…it’ll be great for that. It’s a nice length and has a carrying strap. I have attached some pics, in one I hung it from a bar in my doorway to give you an idea of the length. Hope this helped.
