So soft and the right thickness for pilates and body weight exercises!! The color is a pleasant shade of purple and i love that it comes with the straps and the smaller cushion for kneeling or lying down. There is no unpleasant or chemical odor and the straps will make it so easy to use on the go!

I absolutely love the vibrancy of the purple color! It’s better than what I expected. Most of all I appreciate the thickness of the mat. I have bad knees and wrists, so doing my exercises on this mat makes a difference. The small piece included comes in handy when you’re doing certain movements or need extra padding. Just got my mat and good thing I bought a yoga towel to lay on top because when sweating this mat is slippery but I don't feel like paying over $20 for a mat that works just the same. Overall it's an average mat, just wish they didn't advertise as mot slippery 😫😒
