This mat is so comfortable to use. It’s definitely NOT like being on a hard surface. I use it at work for stretching and the kneeling pad is so helpful. I am not a regular yoga person and am often dressed in non-yoga clothes. The kneeling pad keeps me completely off the floor and makes getting up/down so much easier. This was an excellent purchase and I recommend for anyone who wants/needs padding. Having said that, it is not so padded as to cause any issues with balance. Super cute colors and so easy to un-roll/roll up right in my office. Strap makes it easy to transport and keep the mat rolled up securely. Definitely worth the money and would recommend it for anyone looking for a good quality mat with a nice thickness.

As soon as I got the mat out of the package I knew it would be comfortable and help with support on my back and knees. I am happy I chose this mat because I have been through several mats that still cause pain when doing certain exercises on them. This mat I am NOT limited to what floor exercises I do and is very comfortable and thick padding which is what I needed.

Mat has ample thickness and cushion to it and did not arrive with any off-putting aroma. It was well packaged upon arrival. The carry strap is well made and adjustable. Overall, I am very please with the value I received for the price I paid.

I needed to upgrade my much thinner yoga mat. I took a shot on this one and I’m glad I did! The mat is super comfortable on my knees. The added knee pad is fantastic, as well. It rolls up quick and easy and the strap is easy to use and is very convenient. I haven’t had the mat long, but I can tell it’s durable and will be used a lot.

I almost gave up on trying exercising and stretching at home until I ordered this mat. I have been using it every weekday morning since I got it and it is awesome. My knees would hurt too much to do yoga or stretching on the floor and this mat has allowed me to find a healthy habit that I can implement and I have been keeping up with my exercise routine for 2 months now....that's a huge deal for me.
