The yoga mat is perfect for my needs; it folds up very nicely and is easy/light to carry around. It is also very soft/cushiony which makes it comfortable. I had been worried about it being too thin/flimsy since it is 1/4th inches in thickness (which is true! I measured) but it is surprisingly comfortable to lay on and do yoga with. It also seems to be durable enough; I tried to tear an edge with a decent amount of force (not my full force of course, but enough to see if it could withstand being pulled around and such) and it did not tear at all. This yoga mat is small and compact, great for small spaces. Also, great for a short, not intensive workout. If you put your needs on this mat, you will definitely feel any hard surfaces which isn't the best feeling when you're trying to do some assisted push ups. The product smelled like chemicals at first, but after a week or two, the smell disappeared. It is also easy to clean and I like how easy to rolls back up! Great product for the price. ... show more

I won't lie, these actually do still make hardwood floors hurt a bit when I'm exercising but it's probably just because I'm not used to it. It rolls up really nicely and is super convenient for working out. The straps make it nice for transporting if you're ever going out somewhere.
