We all know it doesn't always FEEL good to work out but our bodies love it. This mat actually makes it a more pleasant experience on my knees. It reminds me of a memory foam the way I can see my feet and hand prints and then it resorts back to its actual shape. It was so pretty I worked out in socks because I didn't want my dirty outside shoes on it. I didn't slide and it cushioned well under my feet doing burpees and jump squats. GREAT BUY

The mat definitely does its job, but sometimes the material will easily tear or rub off during different a holds, such as downward dog, where a lot of pressure is being placed in one spot like the hands and feet. It is easy to clean and doesn’t soak up too much sweat When used for exercise

This is a great mat for quickly getting, putting away or traveling because it's thin and rolls up tightly. but it still provides good cushioning. Some of the planking exercises I do require me to have one elbow and one foot on the mat, but with one fold, it's still comfortable. I'm 180 lbs for reference.

The product arrived on time. Upon opening, there was a chemical smell that dissipated within two uses. I love this mat! Nothing special but exactly what I was looking for. I love the elastic straps rather than Velcro - quick and convenient for easy storage. The mat is easy to roll up, store, or take on the go. Gets it done but I feel it’s too thin for me. I have laminate flooring and this mat is too thin for me. But it’s not getting damaged like the 1st one I retuned. Damages after 1 use getting cut up. This one seems to be more durable. And that’s why I am giving it a 4 star review. The last mat I got was half inch think and was comfortable to lay on but was damaged within 1 day. I will be returning this one and looking for at least a half inch thickness.

Get a purple because purples the best color. Its so easy to use and comes in a little rolled up bundle so you can roll it up and tie it together. very good and cheap and I recommend.
