The pans are rated for up to 500 degrees Fahrenheit. I'm guessing, above that and the handles will melt. I've been using these for a couple months. It covers pretty much all your needs for baking . my only complaint is that the sheet pan warps but returns to its original shape each time. The non-stick coating seems to work very well for the price.

Pretty. However, I really wanted non stick. Great with cookies. Pizza pan is great. It is also perfect for baking a pie on it. But cake, cornbread, and meat loaf all stuck to those pans really really bad. If I had not had for so long or if they didn't match my kitchen perfectly I'd return them.
