Had a little trouble lining up where to secure it on the bed as all but two holes already present were not in the same spot where I drilled through the carbon pro bed rails, oops, read all the instructions first not just the first few pages so you don’t make the same mistake, this one is on me.     • CarbonPro Buyers BEWARE!
I'm sure that for a standard metal bed the cover is fine, but on a CarbonPro bed I'd wait until a different manufacturer comes out with something better. Installation process is awful, it involves drilling holes and aligning a metal clip to do so. The clip is a real pain to get aligned correctly. And you have to do this 10 times. There is not a clip anywhere near the very rear of the cover so it increases the gap over the lift gate even more. The fit and finish is awful. There are gaps in the components that I believe are unacceptable, their support however feels they're just fine and within spec. Their support is marginal at best. They'll try to get you to do a bunch of legwork to try to compensate for the fact the cover is too small, leaks to the point of wondering if you even have a cover on the bed. The strap attachment points when you flip up the cover leave dents in the cover, I'm sure their support also thinks that this is perfectly fine (I haven't contacted them about this). Their support is generally fine with taking your money, providing a mediocre product and implying that you installed it wrong. Great products but directions are horrible. I’m sorry but paying over 1k, there should be good directions to install. Instead, I got a QR code that didn’t have how to install in my application.

The cover does look very nice. Took me a few hours to install mainly because the manual isn't that great. Would be nice if you had a video for this specific one to install on the carbon fiber beds. I'm sure I could've installed in half the time without having to read the terrible manual on my phone. My biggest issue is the latches don't latch when I drop or even slam the cover. I have to kind of pinch the cover and the rail together so it'll latch. I don't see any way to adjust for this. ... show more

Quick delivery and easy to install. Glad I did it saved me a couple hundred dollars from taking it to a shop. I did have one issue with one clip out of the 10, other than that it was easy.

Two stars because the left rail of the cover actually fit very well and looks like a quality product. But the right rail had the predrilled holes in the wrong spot. It’s hard to demonstrate this on the pictures, but they basically drilled the holes spaced from back to front instead of front to back. They must have had their drill template upside down when they drilled those holes. Basically the holes line up if I turned the rail upside down and end for end, but of course that won’t work. So all I need is a new right sided rail with correctly placed predrilled holes. Amazon is unable to do this due to this being a third party item. They offered a 10% discount or a return. I can’t return the item since half of it is already on my truck and the hardware(clip washers) are unable to be removed once they are in your truck bed. And 10% discount won’t do me any good for a product I can’t use. Im not as upset as I probably should be. I understand Amazon is doing their best for me, but it would be nice if they had a closer relationship with the folks they sell products for. I just need a replacement part. Don’t need Amazon spending another 1100 bucks on a new bed cover. I did call the manufacturer the next day for a new rail. They said they would email me to start a claim. I’m still waiting for an email. Over the course of 3 hours, I talked to 5 different customer service reps through chat and/or a phone call and I still never got an email from them. They declined to give me an email for me to email them for some reason. They only wanted my email. Very frustrating. I feel like I have done all I can do at this point. It’s unfortunate bc this seems like a really good product otherwise. Just terrible customer service. I’m stuck with an 1100 dollar paperweight. Or maybe 990 dollar paperweight if I call back Amazon and take the 10% discount. 😉 ... show more

Falsely advertised! Does not fit a Chevy Silverado!!! Fraudulent behavior from the seller. They sent us an item and the listing claims it fits a 2023 Chevy Silverado and it does not, now we are responsible for shipping it back to them at OUR expense. We are very upset and they are also appearing to look as real truck on Amazon but it is not. Do yourself a favor and do not order from this listing or Amazon. Real truck and Amazon should not allow this behavior. This is not a small purchase! ... show more
