The first charm I ordered arrived broken. It is extremely easy to exchange as Amazon sent me a replacement & I am able to return the defective bag charm in the meantime. The second charm that came was flawless. It's SUPER cute. I could also see it was secured quite well where it was broken on the first one. This charm is very heavy, in a good way, where it feels like it is made of good materials. It is similar weight to the original it is rep of. The ONLY thing that makes one know it isn't the "real thing" is the back is just like the front & the original charm by C O A C H, the flower isn't double sided, but different on each side! That's the ONLY thing and it also doesn't have the logo but I didn't expect that when purchasing! I believe it's fully worth the cost, the value is surely there! The color is spot on to the original (I did hold an original by this one and they are so similar besides the back of this one being "wrong"). I am not worried about someone seeing it isn't real. I'm happy to have gotten a charm that looks almost exactly like the original minus the extreme price tag (I mean $95 for a bag charm is steep, I rather put that toward another bag! 😂). I HIGHLY recommend this charm and if you have any issues I feel they will take care of it! I now am going to purchase some more charms from this same company! Happy Shopping my fellow bag baddies!!!
