    • THEY CAN'T GET THEIR LICENSE TO IMPRINT ON THE SOFTWARE
The product and the software is fine. Once you get the knack of how to create a card, it's not too difficult to use. The creating a template (database) is not so easy, but doable. The real problem is with the license number. I've had to call Tech Support EVERY SINGLE TIME I'VE TRIED TO USE THE SYSTEM!!! The techs are nice and get it working, but say there's no way to imprint the license into the software. They acknowledge the problem but say they have no fix. DON'T BUY THIS PRODUCT UNLESS YOU WANT TO HAVE TO CALL EVERY TIME YOU USE IT!! And without after hour and weekend support, that is not only inconvenient, but unacceptable... ... show more

We bought this to do one job for a customer that could get it done anywhere else for just a few cards. We were impressed to find something less than $1000 that could meet the need. Furthermore we were impressed with the overall quality, ease of installation and usage, and the software all included. This is a very nice and inexpensive bundle to get you started with printing these kind of cards. We are now looking for new ways to use it for our own needs. Great purchase! ... show more

We use the badgy 200 for school staff badges. Easy to use and create badges. My computer crashed and I lost some of my files. I called support and was very very impressed with the response time and the time it took to get it back up. I talked to Angelo, he was very polite and knowledgeable about the product and software.     • Printer works but support is a joke
I went back and forth on whether or not to get the Bronze or Silver software. The difference is about $250 if you purchase on amazon. Without any ability to demo the product you are left guessing on the features and if they will be what you need. I went with the Bronze software and after using it decided I needed the Silver to be able to import CSV files. Their internal database software is very cumbersome and hard to use. You must build each column and data set 1 by 1. No ability to tab through or copy paste data base entries ect. When I decided to upgrade the price looked to be $400 which was odd because the difference on Amazon was only $250. When I talked to their customer service about the price difference they said "you should have bought it through us then we might be able to help you". I BOUGHT IT THROUGH THEIR AMAZON STORE!! I'm already a customer. I purchased their product and now they are jacking up the price on me. The person at customer service for BONDO was the rudest person I have ever talked to in customer service from the get go. Sierra was un willing to even see how odd this was and basically said "tough luck" and escalated to a supervisor who "might" call me back. If there is ANY other software that you can get for this printer I suggest using that. BONDO is a terrible company and has TERRIBLE Customer service. ... show more

    • It does its job!
Easy to use but I haven't figured out how to save a design for future printing. Well I should say I can save it but it doesn't open. I wanted it to make badges for existing employees and future ones. It's been a pain that each time I get back on it I have to design a new one and try to make it the way I did before. ... show more

    • Great for small events
I have used the product to print lanyards for a small event that we have 2-3x/year and it works great. Some of the cards don't print perfectly, but it works for what we need. It's really easy to use and I like having access to print at home versus sourcing it elsewhere.
