This brace definitely does help a little with my back problems, but I feel like it doesn't cover quite enough area. I'm a fairly average-sized person, so it's not like I'm a big guy or anything either. I like to think of this thing as literally just a support to help you maintain your posture and back strength without hurting yourself. It's not going above and beyond to put in any work to help you keep your back straight or anything like that. It's a tool meant to SUPPORT your back and not replace it or do the work for it. If you're doing some heavy manual labor and you're looking to this to save your back some ache, this ain't it buddy. This brace is more meant to be used for light work at best. Or as a way of helping with back pain from working heavy manual labor, after you're off the job or while you're on break. The straps are only holding it all together with a kind of velcro, so it's not going to endure much effort working against it.

This back brace is ok. I 've used others in the past that have had more support in the back. This back brace is less stiff which allows for more movement. I would prefer it to be less flimsy. Velcro holds well, everything seems to be well made.

I really like this Coisini Back Support for Women&Men! I have a similar support that I wear when doing heavy work in the garden and around the house that works well for me, but it is bulkier and stiffer. This Coisini support is lighter weight, allows more flexibility and heat does not build up as much as with my other support belt. The belt did have a mild neoprene odor at first that dissipated quickly. It’s easy to put on with the Velcro fastener and the adjustable elastic band that can be adjusted for the desired support and fastened anywhere on the belt itself with the Velcro tabs on each end. I use this belt when setting up and tearing down my equipment for gigs. It stays in place no matter how much bending, twisting and lifting I’m doing! It can be worn easily under my clothing, but is attractive enough to strap on over my clothes. In fact one of my band mates thought it was part of my stage outfit! It was over 90 degrees at our last gig with blazing sun in the early afternoon and this belt’s breathability allowed me to finish tearing down and loading out my whole percussion set up without drowning in sweat. Great product! I did get this in a medium and wish it came in a small as I am tiny : 5’2” and 98 pounds. It is just a little too long on me, as I am short waisted. Still, it fits ok and does the job, keeping me from throwing my back out or pulling muscles. The price is reasonable and much cheaper than a visit with my Chiropractor!

The media could not be loaded. I was pleasantly surprised by this brace when I first received it. It was much wider and longer than I initially expected, but that turned out to be a positive thing. The wide design provides excellent support, with vertical plastic ribs that help stabilize your back. Impressively, this brace fit both me and my 12-year-old son comfortably, demonstrating its versatile size range. Pros: Lightweight Yet Strong: I appreciate how lightweight the brace is. That helps if you are planning to wear this for extended periods. Despite it being light weight, it is strong and supportive. Breathable: The breathable mesh material is a standout feature. In hot weather, the last thing you want is a thick, stifling back support, and this brace keeps things cool and comfortable. Customizable Fit: The well-made Velcro closures provide a secure, adjustable fit across a wide range of waist sizes, making it suitable for various body types. Cons: Thinner Material: The material is thinner than some might expect, especially at this price point. While the thinner design adds to its comfort and flexibility, it may not be ideal if you’re looking for something more rigid. Potential Durability Issue: Much of the brace's elements are held together by a single stitch line. If that line breaks at any point, it would seem that the entire brace could start to unravel, which raises concerns about its long-term durability. Conclusion: Overall, I’m pleased with this brace. This elastic Back Support Brace looks a bit like waist trainer/shaper belt, but it is designed to be as breathable as possible so your skin won't feel itchy or uncomfortable to have a rash. The part that supports back has 5 straight plastic pieces arranged symmetrically with the middle one the longest. The plastic pieces can be bent inward or outward. Its two ends have Velcro so you can easily put it on or off. It's better to use it when you have an empty stomach. It seems to help with my back pain temporarily especially when the belt is tighten up. I'm not sure about its long term effect though.
