I previously purchased a $30 seat cushion from Ebay with very disappointing immediate results. Send it back right away and found this one on Amazon for double the price. You cannot skimp on these products! This seat is vastly superior to the one I sent back. This was purchased for my wife who needs both heat and massage capabilities. She claimed instantly how great this seat cushion is in every way, especially compared to the previous failure sent back on eBay. She says this one is like sitting on a “satin cloud”, and the control panel wired to the right side of the seat gives you full control with multiple choices of massage & heat. There’s also a 20 minute timer that kicks in, so you never have to worry about turning it off. She feels no wires behind her back or discomfort in anyway. Pure pleasure! And the heat is the perfect temperature. The massage feels like it’s being done with human hands. Thank you Comrelax! I guess purchasing the wrong seat cushion first showed us how outstanding this seat cushion really is. We highly recommend this product. The price is right and the quality is there.

The massager is very comfortable and can be kept on the chair. It’s comfortable to sit on even when not in use. It does not have the hard massager rollers so it’s comfortable to sit on all the time. Please note that it does not massage with rolling balls. It’s a deep vibration. I love the heat feature, especially since the entire thing heats up like a heating pad. The temperature is just right for me. I also like the flexibility to choose where the vibration occurs, along with the intensity level. Another plus is that you can use the heat without the vibration and vice versa. I also like that the massager is solid black so it fits in nicely and it fits my recliner perfectly. The location of the headrest is in the right spot for me too and I’m 5’6”. This has absolutely worked wonders for relaxing my entire back. It has an auto shut off, which is a nice feature, but I just keep it going pretty much the whole time.

The media could not be loaded. Where do I begin? There are so many positive points about this massager that I hope I do it the justice it deserves. 1. Packaging was perfect. Not over loaded with a bunch of protective Styrofoam to protect rigid items. This massager is more like a cushion roll. 2. Unpacking was simple, it pulled right out of the box in its protective plastic bag. The power adapters for both home plug in and car 12v lighter sockets are wonderful and in its own zip lock bag with free warranty extension card and users manual. The remote control was safely tucked in the attatched side holder with its own velcro closure. Nice. 3. Initial response to the massager was pleasant. The entire massager feels like a segmented soft memory foam cushion. There is enough cushion around the heating vibrating components that you don't mind sitting or laying on it for your massage therapy. I could hardly wait to try it out. 4. Running the unit through its courses on different surfaces surprised me in a good way. First, a hard back chair, then the recliner with and without other ergonomic support cushion. I even followed up with laying it on my bed and on the floor. Wow! The results were amazing. My preference is in my recliner with my ergonomic back support cushion. Although laying down on it on my mattress comes in a close second most favorite and laying flat on the floor was my least favorite. Not because of the massager, but because it's too hard on my back to get back up. (Lol) I am looking forward to using this in the car when we travel long distances or when I need it! Maybe, I should just buy another one. That would make it convenient. 5. I was so impressed with the testing results that I made a video. So many other videos showed the massager cushion as its focus, so I did a complete review on the hand controller unit. Believe me when I say that the controlling features enhances and makes the unit. The video shows the function of each manual and pre-programmed modes, the vibration speed and the heat settings. 6. The instruction manual is complete and professionally written in clear, simple, underestandable, and correct proper English! It's been a while since I've seen that in a user's manual. 7. This product comes with a free extendable warranty from 24 months to 48 months. The seller even supports Amazon's return policy and has a responsive customer service via their email. (Yes, I've already contacted them to see if they would respond within 24 hours and they did!) 8. Overall, I would highly recommend this massager. The price is well below its beneficial value in comparison to many other massagers double or even triple what I paid for this unit. In my opinion, you cannot go wrong in purchasing this unit from this seller. I want to thank them for making such a good product at such an affordable price. THANK YOU!

This is a fantastic product. It heats well and has different levels for the vibration mode. Has auto shut off and seems to help quite a bit with my muscle tension. It also has a heated pillow pad that is great for my neck. Even my great grand daughter loves it. I'm definitely going to order a second one for my other recliner.

This seat cushion gives me a relaxing way to end the day. I like the heat option and the vibrating is a good intensity. It is high enough to fit well in the chair. I added some Velcro extensions to make it fit snug around my chair and if I could change anything it would be to add vibrating point in the middle (down the spine). Overall I’m very glad I purchased this item.

Third day with this on my worn office chair and it has been great. The padding really helped add comfort again to the worn padding in the chair. The vibration feature is nice but I really like the heat option. Just about the perfect temperature to be left on constantly and feels great on my lower back pain issues.

Bought for work for my aching back! Giving 4 stars because when I have it on heat only, it will automatically start vibrating. I wish the heat had low/medium/high but only has 1 level and it does get pretty hot. The vibration is nice speeds, I’ve been keeping mine on the lowest. High is a little too much! Over all happy and will enjoy this at work!
