Working from home like the most of us, I developed terrible posture and a gut from sitting all day I couldn't get rid of. Squashing my torso together for 10 hours a day also made my gynecomastia far more visible. So I ditched my regular desk and office chair. Got a standing desk, and this posture brace to wear through the day. WELL. After only a week of standing with this on for a couple hours- my posture is better, my gut is reduced and from stretching my chest out my gynecomastia is visibly less noticeable as well. Is this a miracle product? Probably not- but if you need to stretch out your garbage-compacted-Covid-pandemic body, this will be a great tool to correct.

I absolutely love this brace! I’ve only had it on for 20 minutes though so I’ll be back for reviews on long term wear. So far, so good. I have pinched nerves in L4-L5, tendonosis in my right shoulder and arthritis and a plethora of other neck issues. I’m up straight, there’s less pain in my lower back and shoulder and my neck feels aligned with the rest of my spine. 10/10 so far.
