A back support for my lower back pain was really what I needed and it seems to help. You have to wrap it tightly around your body though, and it does not always seem yo be easy to put on. Once you're fully wrapped in it, it keeps you straight. That's the most important. It appears to be built solid, the Velcro is uber strong I have to say, but I guess that's a good thing. The included suspenders is not something I feel I would really need, sometimes they feel a bit in the way. Maybe I take them off.

This lumbar support belt isn’t amazing. I can’t put it on very tight because I’m on the smallest possible number for the size, so I just run out of velcro when trying to tighten it any more. I wasn’t planning on heavy lifting but rather to help my back when sitting on backless chairs. It’s not amazing at this but it’s a good physical reminder to sit up straight. The straps are a nice touch.

I have a lot of lower spine issues, so I didn't expect a brace to perform miracles and fix everything. But I thought maybe the support would provide some relief. This brace is solidly made, and does give decent support when wrapped on firmly. Plus it helps remind me not to move in ways that cause my back pain to flair up, and reminds me to sit and stand up straight so as not to aggravate things any further. I wish I could wear it a bit lower, but then it isn't comfortable when sitting. But that's pretty true with any back support product I think. This brace is well made and seems to be made with very good quality materials. The Velcro seems quite strong. It should hold up well over time.

Got this to use for back pain from lifting something without proper support. It works. Not only did it give immediate relief to my back pain, but I am able to use it to help with heavy lifting, ensuring that future back pain is mitigated and lessened. This back brace is well constructed, and actually is comfortable enough to wear all night long if needed to help with pain during sleeping. It has included suspenders - I took them off, but I can see perhaps where they might be useful for certain tasks. The material that this is constructed is top-notch, and it will last many many years of use. It is easy to adjust, even while laying in bed if additional tightness or looseness is desired. A good value for a great product.
