Received the Dr. Arthritis back brace. It is so comfortable and I bought the Large. I am about 204 lbs and am 6’3. It fits really good with extra padding that is great for targeting my pain. When you get it, it even has a mesh bag that comes with it. I also like that I can wear without the padding. It is Very well made. It supports me and makes me sit up or stand up straight.

I had bought this a while back but used very recently for the first time. I was experiencing serious lower back pain past few days due to ergonomic issues at work due to my desk job combined with heavy workout days after a long time. Anyways, this came in very handy. The strap is high quality, if stays in place and gives enough strength to the back so that you can continue your day without straining your back further.
