I’ve been using this back and neck massager for a couple of weeks, and it’s been a game changer after long workdays. The heat feels great on sore muscles, and the deep tissue massage really works out the tension in my neck and shoulders. I also like that it’s compact enough to use on my lower back. I just received this and have only used it once. It appears to be all working as it should. The only thing that makes me unsure is the heart didn’t seem to get warm enough. The massaging balls only skin in place and are very hard (or my back is just very tender), this made it uncomfortable for me to use for longer than 5-7 minutes. I plan to try it again (of course, I did pay a good sum) tomorrow. I’m hoping over time it will feel better as my back recuperates. Definitely a good device for the price if you’re looking for a deep and intense massage.

I bought this neck massager for my mother, who experiences chronic neck discomfort, and she uses it often. It does provide relief and helps her feel better. However, I’m giving it less than five stars because the massage area is quite narrow. If it were wider or adjustable, I believe it would offer even more relief. Overall, it’s a helpful product, but a design improvement could make it even better.

This one targets the lower back. It heats up and fits perfectly for sofas. It vibrates and has circular shiatsu, it's actually very satisfying for my lower back pain. I’ve been using it a few days and it definitely relived my back pain. It’s not too bulky and easy to store in a cabinet.

It has different functions. Different massage speeds and vibration and heat levels. But the heat doesn’t get too hot. The massage balls are very uncomfortable. Doesn’t really help relieve my lower back pain. The balls only go in circles and you can’t move them up or down. Has a mesh on it for easy breathing so you don’t sweat in the specified area.
