This monitor is great but the customer service is even better! The picture is very clear and the split screen setting makes it easy to keep eyes on both of my twins. The cameras have dim lights built in which is also nice. After about a month, the parent unit stopped turning on. The parent unit alone was not available on Amazon at the time. When I called customer service, Richard tried helping me troubleshoot. When that didn’t work, he immediately asked for my address so he can ship me a new one (no cost) and included an envelope with a prepaid shipping label to return the original unit. When I checked the tracking number Richard provided a few days later, it showed that it was already delivered..but I hadn’t received it. It turns out that I had made a typo when sending Richard my address and the unit was delivered to the wrong address. Even though this was 100% MY fault, he shipped me ANOTHER unit at no cost. This situation could have been an absolute nightmare but we are very happy with the product and the entire customer service experience. ... show more

I was a little worried about this purchase because of all the comments about the battery life. I have found non of them to be true. I have video and sound going until we go to bed and it lasts for a solid 3 hours and only looses one bar of battery life. I keep the power cord plugged in by my bed so I just plug it in at night and leave it running. Just to see if it would last I left the monitor on no video all night unplugged and it made it through the night. One bar was left on the battery sensor. So if you are concerned about the battery don’t be. Other than that the night vision is great I am able to see everything. I love that with a push of one button you can turn the video on or off. Not complicated at all. The day time video is great as well. I can understand the frustration with the sound feature I read about if you have a sound machine. I have not found a way around that so I just learned to live with it. I don’t think there is a way to fix it so it is what it is. I just put my sound machine away from the camera so it picks it up as little as possible and then I turn the volume down to 2 bars. At night that is plenty load enough for me to hear my 15 month old if she wakes up. If you are in need of a good camera monitoring system for a good price I would recommend this one. It does exactly what I need it to. I actually recommend it to a co-worker that has a mother with Alzheimer’s. I hope this review helps! ... show more

UPDATE: The seller reached out to me regarding how we were sent a used non functional camera. They were unhappy that this happened and sent us a New Camera system. After using it for a month I am very pleased to change my review form one star to 4 even 4 1/2 if I could. I would give it a 5 but the only feature that I felt was missing was the ability to hear both rooms at the same time. The system cycles back and forth after a few seconds which is great but sometimes we like to catch a kid stirring early to put them back down. Pros: The video quality is perfect. No connection issues where the video disconnects. The clarity is the best I have seen as we have used multiple cameras. The remote system for moving the camera has great range almost 360 when it comes to area covered in view. I would highly recommend this product, and I greatly appreciate this seller for correcting the error. Great camera and great service. Thank you! (Old Post): As soon as I opened the amazon box there was a frown on my face. I saw the inside box was torn at the corners as if someone struggled to open it. Instant regret of purchase. I then said maybe they didn't like some spec so lets give it a try. I opened up everything and set them in place. Plugged in the hand held monitor to realize it was not working and is broken. I even went to the extent of opening the back and checking to make sure the battery was not disconnected. SO... I was shipped a used broken product though I was guaranteed a new purchase. This is a wonderful baby monitor I’ve read about every single one of them I only bought ☝️ one just to see if I like how it works. It’s great it picks up every sound I don’t use it for a baby I use it for security and to be able to talk to someone at my front door. The only bad thing I can say about it and it’s a very bad feature is the cord that you plug-in to charge it never stays in. It’s a very faulty design. So I had to use strong tape just to hold it in place. There’s also features that Allow you to hear things from another room you can have it on high could have it on low and once the monitor or screen is charged I can carry it with me around the house and watch what’s going on outside. If I want to talk to somebody I just hold The button down to speak and the best feature is nobody can hear you listening to them. Eventually I will buy another one and I like the fact that you can do a split screen! For those of you that are buying them for your babies keep in mind that little light will keep you awake at night so read the instructions very carefully and what I do is I put it on silent and then if I had had a baby I would just put a very thin handkerchief over it because it really picks up sound. It also has music you can play but of course I don’t do that. I highly recommend this very model I don’t trust the antenna, They tend to break very easily. And I wish the kickstand was a little bit wider longer and sturdier. But that’s down in the noise. ... show more
