I’ve never owned this style hair dryer, where the air comes out the side of the barrel, so there has been a bit of a learning curve for me. It’s easy to handle (not heavy at all) and dries my hair fairly quickly. There are separate settings for the heat and fan speed, with low, medium, and high choices. This isn’t a super quiet hair dryer but not overly loud. The sound level is the same as any average hair dryer. My hair is only slightly wavy, and I thought I’d ordered the hair dryer for straight hair, but I received the dryer for curly hair. The only real difference between the two is that the straight hair kit includes a paddle brush attachment, and the curly kit includes a diffuser. I actually prefer to have a diffuser for days when I want my hair to maintain some natural wave. This comes with 5 attachments. The air concentrator attachment has a knob to adjust the nozzle size from a smaller concentrated airflow to a larger disbursed airflow. This is the attachment I use to dry my hair until it’s just slightly damp, then I switch to a styling nozzle. I use the 1.75” round brush attachment to get loose waves and add volume. The bristles are a combination of nylon and boar bristles. Two 1.5” air curling barrels are included. I haven’t figured out how to get these to work as intended, but it isn’t the fault of the product. I’ve watched a couple of online tutorials, and I just need to practice, as I’ve never used them before. The diffuser works to disperse the air and keep my natural wave. The attachments are easy to take on and off. Line up the arrows and give it a slight twist. To remove, push the unlock button on the back of the hairdryer. There is a cool shot button to set your curls. You don’t have to hold it down, just press once to start and again to stop. Same with the pause button, which is very handy. Instead of turning the hairdryer on/off as you section your hair, simply press the pause button. The 4 included hair clips have a good grip and hold hair well. I use the small includes brush to clean hair from the curling brush. It could also be used to brush off the filter. The filter cover is magnetized and pulls down easily to expose the filter so you can wipe it clean. A black quilted storage bag with carrying handle measures 12” wide x 6.5” deep x 7” high. It easily holds the hair dryer, attachments, and accessories with a little extra room to add other styling tools. It’s soft sided but sturdy and holds its shape. I think this hair dryer is priced a little high, but it works well and comes with multiple attachments and a handy storage bag. It’s lightweight and very easy to use. All of the buttons are well placed.

I ordered curly/coily and got straight/wavy, which is lovely because that’s what I really wanted. My daughter tried it and told me it’s like the Dyson, of which I have no idea. I had some trouble with learning how to work it but I think as get the hang of it, it’ll be better. I’ve never used anything like this before. I thought it was going to just blow warm air but it somehow blows the hair into curling around it, if you hold it right. I did have some trouble getting the hot extensions off to change heads, so there’s that. There’s really nothing to hold onto and I didn’t like waiting so I used a pot holder to get it off so I could do the other side. I can’t say I have it all figured out yet but I’m not done trying. The highest heat didn’t seem to do much curling, at least not any that stayed for very long. Maybe I need to use some hair products with it. I also noticed that the handle gets pretty warm toward the top. I’d say this has potential as I get used to using it but for now, I’m not terribly impressed. I do really like the bag/case it came in though, and the product does seem to be made of high quality materials. Nothing about it feels cheap or would give the impression of imminent failure. It's also pretty quiet to run, considering it blows air.

Can i give this 10☆s? If so, then that's my rating! I was so excited when this came in that i couldn't wait to get into it! This set is the nicest set i have ever owned. I have purchased expensive tools in there past but nothing has had power or performance like this! I have long hair mid back. It's naturally wavy neither bouncing ringlets nor straight. I just turned 50 yrs old and have been embracing my silver locks but I have been noticing that my hair is changing texture. My silver hair feels more textured and less soft, rough dull snd lifeless. My hair in general is very heavy and that makes it difficult to curl as while it will hold curl the weight of my hair pulls at the roots making it flat and lifeless. I am obsessed with this entire system. To start the dryer has multiple speeds and both heat and cool. Attaching the diffuser, and turning down the speed i am able to nurture my wavy hair and come out with soft loose waves that look soft and bouncy. Using the cool air at the end closes the cuticles and locking in my waves. Even without much product my hair looks healthier and more full. In fact on day 2, my husband noticed and complimented my hair several times throughout the day. Not typical for him. He is usually oblivious to my hair styles. While the diffuser works miracles, the other attachments are equally as amazing. There is a round barrel brush attachment also! I never had an all in one super powerful hair drying round brush before. However my round brush has always been my brush of choice. But the past few years it has become difficult to hold both arms up and style my hair with the dryer in one hand and the brush in the other. Now it's all in one. Meaning i can switch arms as my shoulders ache. However this is a very powerful dryer. It dries my hair in half the time of my chi ionic dryer. There are also two barrels for making curls, turning my curling iron obsolete. Why 2, they make curls in opposite directions. That's crazy fun! I never got the hang of curling both directions. All my curls have always gone in 1 direction. Talk about upping my hair styling game! There are also some extra accessories to. Hair clips and a tiny edges brush and don't miss the cutest spoolie on the planet, it's hidden in the handle of the edges brush. All of these tools fit inside the included case, the case itself is generously sized so you can easily toss additional tools inside too. Just in case of you are a compleateist line me, you can buy the paddle brush and straightner (from the straight hair set) right here on Amazon. I am so happy with my new hair tools and they are fitting a need that I didn't really know there was a solution for. Now my hair looks and feels shiny healthy and bouncy again. I'm in love with my hair all over again. Thanks to BaByliss. I highly recommend and havn't found a single thing to complain about... what a wonderful gift idea as well. 10 out of 5 stars!

I’ve been really impressed with this styling system. Having multiple attachments in one tool makes it incredibly versatile, whether you’re drying, adding volume, creating curls, or smoothing your hair. The airflow is strong enough to dry hair efficiently while being gentler than a traditional curling iron or flat iron. I also noticed my hair looked smooth with less frizz, and the different heat settings make it easy to customize for your hair type. This system is a great single-tool solution that combines drying with styling and provides a professional blowout at home. The system includes a central motor handle with five interchangeable, locking attachments. There is an adjustable drying attachment that has three airflow settings so you control the pressure applied to the hair, which helps in preventing damage, reducing frizz, and setting the style you want effectively. There is a 1.5" curl attachment that uses air to wrap hair for curls without using extreme heat. It's great for creating voluminous curls, soft waves, and bouncy, blowout-style hair. There is a round brush with long nylon and short natural bristles that is useful in creating volume and soft waves. There is a paddle brush that helps smooth, detangle, and minimize flyaways. There is a diffuser with an extra-deep, angled bowl that really helps dry and define the curls. There is a smoothing attachment that helps create a sleek, shiny look without extreme heat. And finally, the system includes a nice storage bag, sectioning clips, and a mini edge brush. The handle is quite small and light, helping reduce arm fatigue if you have longer hair and therefore have longer styling sessions. Even though the unit is smaller in size, it's still quite powerful. Another awesome feature is a pause button, which allows you to instantly stop airflow and heat in order to switch attachments or re-section hair without having to turn the unit off or wait for it to reheat. There is some airflow sound, but the unit is relatively quiet. This has been a godsend for my teen daughter who has medium thick, curly hair. She literally would be in the bathroom for an hour after taking a shower, styling her hair. This unit has helped cut her time in half, thereby making the rest of her siblings also very grateful for this product :-) The unit is also very portable and she easily takes it to her friend's house during sleepovers. The one thing she did mention is that it works great on her hair, but doesn't think that it would be as effective on very thick, coarse, or curly hair.

I have mixed feelings about this product. First of all, it worked really well to dry my hair. I used the brush attachment space it was very easy to put on the handle and worked very well. I think my hair went from wet to just damp in about 20 minutes, which I was happy with. There were multiple settings for airflow, and I could change the temperature as well. There were two downsides to this product however. First of all, the accessories that came were not the ones advertised. I’ve added a photo of what the box said was included, and what I actually got. There was a simple comb instead of the nice edge brush advertised. The clips I got, while they matched the dryer well, did not hold much hair. I could not use them to section my hair as I had hoped. The ones advertised would have held a lot more hair, and I could have properly sectioned my hair with them. Second, I do not love the case that comes with this dryer. It is nice that there is a case, but it’s just a simple case with no compartments. Everything sits inside it with zero organization. I was hoping for slots to put each item into so it would be easier to find the part of the dryer I wanted each time. Instead, I have to pull extra pieces out to get to the one I need. All in all, I do like this dryer and plan to continue using it, the brush portion especially. It just wasn’t quite as advertised with the accessories, and could be more convenient with the case.

After using this hot air styling system, I was honestly really impressed with the value you get for the price. If you go with something like the Dyson Airwrap you could easily end up spending around $500 or even more which is honestly insane for most people. This set feels like a much more realistic option while still giving you a lot of styling versatility. It might not feel quite as ultra premium as some of the extremely expensive competitors but it is still reliable and definitely gets the job done well. I also really like the overall design and color. The blue finish looks really nice in person and honestly makes the whole set feel more stylish and fun to use. It does not look cheap sitting on the counter. It’s definitely designed to be quite powerful and portable. The attachments are easy enough to switch out and I appreciate that it also comes with a storage bag and extra clips. Those little extras actually make the whole package feel more complete and convenient. From my past experience BaBylissPRO honestly makes some of the better hair styling devices on the market especially considering the price range they compete in. The only downside is that the materials do not feel quite as luxurious as some higher end brands. Still performance wise it holds up surprisingly well for the money. At the moment, I would definitely recommend this item!
