I’m a hairstylist, bought this crimper, hoping it’s a reliable tool. At first it stoped getting hot while turned on, but still would heat up, if I turned it off and on. Last time it just stoped working, right at my appointment with clients and it never got hot, it would show that is on, but absolutely cold. I do not recommend this tool.
