I have had this flat iron since September and now it’s not working-at all!! That’s a lot of money for less than a year of having it. Also, I had to return the first one because it made a loud buzzing sound. I only buy babyliss flat irons so I thought this one would be ok. Disappointed!

I think this is an aftermarket product because the buttons on this thing are crooked. It does get hot and stays hot, but I dont think it came directly from babyliss. I have an older model and this one doesnt match the quality. The rainbow color is already coming off and I dont use it often at all.
