Relatively easy to put up and take down, just do sides then center and the reverse to take down. The cover for the bassinet is easy to take off for washing, but the changing pad is a little more difficult. The changing pad nor the bassinet fit into the bag with the rest of the P&P, it doesn't seem like the upper insert is intended to be brought with it either because it has to be fenangled into the compressed P&P from the top to make it fit inside when totally put away. I liked the fact you could turn it into multiple things for your baby. My son loved the play pen. I used it for changing him as well in the early stages. Once he got bigger I used a different changer because he did outgrow this particular one. But it really is an all in one play set

This thing is loaded with accessories, has wheels and comes in a nice neutral color that will compliment most any decor. I assembled it by myself and while it was a challenge, I took my time reading directions carefully (sometimes twice) and it took me around 2 hours to assemble. It’s beautiful and perfect for us first time grandparents. I expect it will serve us well, the only thing I didn’t love is the canopy. The flexible plastic piece inside that forms the dome is oddly strange and I just couldn’t get it positioned right. I will eventually add an upgraded mattress but for now it’ll work! ... show more

I am so glad I bought this. We use this everyday and love it. The changing pad is a lifesaver. The only issue I had with this is the hood is extremely hard to snap on.
