Works great! I got memory foam mattresses for my first two and after a few years of use they are stained and kind of gross. So with my third I really wanted an actual stain resistant mattress. The plastic cover is already waterproof and zips off so you don’t need a mattress protector. I use one anyway just in case and find that it also makes the plastic a little quieter. No complaints, made well and my baby sleeps great on it. Has an infant side and toddler side labeled. Edit: (Baby is 1yo now) love this mattress still. Holding up well, very breathable. My daughter is an exclusive tummy sleeper (after rolling over) and sometimes sleeps face down.
