The Anmeate baby monitor surpassed my expectations. In the picture I included, you’ll see how far away I was from my house (the light green house) before I began to lose connection.. the monitor camera was upstairs in a bedroom and the picture remained clear up until that point. The ability to move the camera view around the room is amazing. If your baby escapes the crib, you’ll be able to see it all happening haha The included lullabies are cute and soothing and to top it all off, you can not only hear what’s going on in the room where the camera is, but you can speak through it too!! The night vision is also pretty impressive. Battery life is great. Overall, the monitor is VERY easy to use, hands down a great value for the money and has a good warranty too although this seems to be pretty solidly built so I doubt you would even need it! ... show more

This is a great little monitor. The set up is super easy and the picture and sound quality are very good. I was surprised how good the night vision was. I love how I can pan the camera and take the hand help screen wherever I want. An added bonus is you can talk to your baby and play lullabies! The only thing I would change is I wish the camera base was chargeable so it didn’t have to be plugged in all the time. That would make it much easier to move around wherever the baby is. The screen is chargeable so you have no cords. All in all this is a great device to have not only for monitoring babies but it would also be great for monitoring someone who is ill, an elderly person or even you pets! I work in a huge building and I'm trying to decide which video camera I want to use for security. In the meantime, I bought a baby monitor to I could see if someone came in while I was on the opposite side. This little camera can see in the pitch black back hallway 1000sf away from the monitor, and has great audio capabilities, too. The last camera I bought had a really big monitor, but this one could fit right in my hand. There are a million camera to choose from so I feel lucky! ... show more

I mean no disrespect in writing this review I respect the work and time businesses and workers put in to create a product. I only write this for parents who want a good monitor of their special one(s) and for constructive criticism to the workers involved in the product. I have another baby monitor that works great but needed another camera so I got this one. This baby monitor system freezes often and could sometimes take minutes to load. The shipping was fast. Now I don’t have too worry about running up the stairs or sending any of my older kids to check on my son. This monitor I can see him and it has the two way communication which I like very much. Sometimes my son likes for me to go talk to him before he gets up so this works like charm for me. The quality is great and it does not take so much space. It’s small but not that small. My son just took a nap and of course I had to try it. I definitely recommended. ... show more

Unlike some other reviews have said (who seem to have failed to read the directions in the product description) you did NOT have to re-pair each camera everytime you want to change views. You can have up to 4 cameras connected amc rotating through simultaneously. The mistake is make when you go through the pairing menu to simply change cameras. All you have to do to change views from camera to camera is to click the OK button. If you want it to automatically cycle through each camera, click the OK button repeatedly until you see the "loop" icon appear at the top. Honestly, I've never seen a better monitor for the price. ... show more

I purchased this to help keep an eye on my father who has dementia and was insistent on climbing the stairs after hip surgery. It is easy to turn the camera around the room and speak to him through the microphone. I read some reviews that complained about an old image staying on the screen and it was not actually showing real time. I had that happen for a couple of seconds. But I also know that the camera isn't a substitute for a person. And any type of technology will have some glitches. So I am glad I didn't let that discourage me from purchasing.
